Context & Goal
Founded in 2016 to close Vietnam’s Business English skills gap, Impactus competes in a crowded, price-sensitive market.
Objective: Built a premium brand, scaled national demand, and tripled the addressable market within two years while maintaining student job-placement success above 80%.
My role
Founder / Marketing & Sales Director. Owned the full P&L, set GTM strategy and 5-year roadmap, led a twenty-person growth squad plus 100+ industry mentors & teachers.
