Objective: Built and launched Verified Impact as the premium forest-impact reporting tool, captured qualified demand, and cemented FSC’s position as the trusted forest sustainability partner.
My role
Global Marketing Manager leading product launching in 30+ markets. Owned the GTM strategy, 24-month roadmap, product branding, and value proposition with a budget of $500K. Also led the creation of all sales-enablement assets.
